SUPER BENDERNATOR
After thousands of original Bendernators sold all over the world, guitarbuilderonline is introducing a new improved " Super Bendernator".
Same best quality as an original bender. Aluminum body, 3 ball bearings, upper bending wheel made of gun blued steel (important when used for stainless steel frets, brass gets worn too fast), and now, bottom brass grooved rings on bearings that align themselves to a top grooved bending wheel. (After hours of testing, this is in our opinion the best way to prevent damaging of fret wire barbs while running it through a bender, compared to fixed grooved bottom wheels benders).
Bender can be used for bending fret wire in two modes.
1: With grooved rings on bottom bearings (for smaller jobs and when easy straightening of a fret wire option is desired.)
Advantage: Fast correction of a radius by straightening if you over- bend.
Disadvantage: A bit more care is needed when feeding a fret wire.
2: Without removable grooved rings (for more volume of bending when straightening is not needed).
Advantage: It is easier to feed as there are no grooves in the bottom wheels .
Disadvantage : No straightening option.
The top and bottom wheel groove edges are appropriately radiused, so there is no damage done to a fret wire while bending or straightening it .
So for all of you guitar builders, professional or not, here is the best fret wire bender on the market, at the lowest price for you.
It not only bends frets, but it can also unbend them fast. That's why we like to call it:
