USA: UPS or Canada Post Tracked Packet - USA (buyers choice).
International: Canada Post or UPS (buyers choice).
If the shipping cost exceeds the charged fee (to some addresses) , a buyer will be contacted with the additional cost information and then an PayPal invoice for the difference.
International shipping:
